Birthday gift ideas for stepdad?

Idk if this is in the right category. My stepdad's bday is on monday and i have no idea what to get him! Here's everything that might help spark some ideas. He's a forensic chemist at the police department--retiring next year. He loves fishing! He has a boat. He wanted to become a marine biologist. He loves the outdoors and has been to the grand canyon, yosemite, yellowstone, and other places out west--usually camping. He is really into photography. He has a professional camera. He likes spicy food. Any ideas?
