UTSA vs Tx State..Which school is better?

I want to major in Chemistry with emphasis on forensics, and minor in Criminal Justice. I want to know which school is bettter campus wise, the dorm sitiuation, tution, parking, freedom, things to do, class size, fees, meal plans, and privacy wise? I know its alot lol but best answer gets 10 points :) Thanks in Advance :)
