Conformation: Capped hock?

so i posted a picture of my horse for conformation crit an someone said "her hind leg is correct and her left hock is capped" what does this mean && how can she tell by a picture? is it something to be worried about? idk if it has anything to do with this but she does have bone spavins in her hocks and gets annual injections for it
