Can a nose bleed cause blood in spit 48 hours later?

Had a nose bleed at about 5am on monday. Didnt clean or blow my nose. This morning(tuesday) at about 11am I noticed when I hocked a loogie there were blood streaks in it. This happened a few times throughout the day. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but could it just be left over blood from the nose bleed? Also I took a buuuunch of sudafed on saturday if that means anything.
