Getting two A.A.S degrees in two years?

I want to get one for Forensics and Criminology. They are A.A.S: Human Service degrees with track courses that focus it on Forensics or Criminology. Is there a way I could do both, like say taking the Forensic track courses during the summer and the Criminology ones during the fall?
