Sinus infection, cold, or allergies?

I've been like this for a couple days. My throat hurts really badly, I have a small cough, and I can't breathe out of my nose. I can barely smell anything. I also have hocked up some spit that had mucus in it. It was green, and a couple times it had a little blood in it. My nose drips clear snot, but when I blow my nose, nothing really comes out. What's wrong with me? And should I go to a doctor?
